Chicken Salad

Fruity Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1 cup small red grapes, cut in half

1/2 cup shredded carrots

6 oz mango-apricot coconut milk yogurt

2 tbsp olive oil mayonnaise

1/2 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp oregano

1/8 tsp black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

1. Mix the chicken with the grapes and carrots.

2. Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise, thyme, oregano, and black pepper.

3. Mix the chicken with the yogurt dressing.
